Returns Policy

Canberra Catholic Bookshop wants you to be pleased with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product we will do whatever is possible to resolve the situation. In many instances items can be returned for full credit; shipping charges will not be refunded. However, any return requires a payment receipt for each item.

There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days. Dated or custom ordered merchandise cannot be returned.

This website automatically receives and records information including a user’s IP address, cookie information and the page(s) visited. The Canberra Catholic Bookshop will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Shipping

On all Australian orders the following flat rate shipping charges will be applied.

• Online orders under $50 will incur a $8.50 flat shipping charge.
• Online orders over $50 but under $100 will incur a $14.50 flat shipping charge
• Online orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge

Delivery times are 5 business days from the time of order – if your item(s) are in stock. If item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified by email or phone with an approximate time frame for delivery.

GST

All prices are inclusive of GST. If you are purchasing on behalf of a Parish or other Catholic Organisation, you may be eligible to be exempt. Please refer to https://www.catholic.org.au/gst-religious-group/catholic-gst-religious-group for more information.

Store pickup

If you choose to pick up directly from the shop please choose “Pick Up In Store” at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
